About Me
I’ve been a certified Yoga Instructor since 2015, though my personal practice dates back much longer than that. The foundation of my instruction combines the physical with the breath, though my teaching style is fun and naturally flowing. I combine my knowledge of anatomy and the breath to create a safe space to practice in and give my students the opportunity to explore the mental and the physical aspects of Yoga.
I am also a dedicated practitioner of Reflexology and Reiki and look forward to offering these services again in the future.

Online group flow yoga classes. Suitable for all levels, although complete beginners may benefit from an introductory private session first. Building from a seated mat flow to a vinyasa style sweat! Offering modifications and options to find what works for you and help you to connect with the breath, enjoying a fluid and meditative practice.
